Trailer Parking

My car trailer was able to sit in the shop with a car on it for the better part of two years. With the ceiling nearly finished that meant that I would soon be able to put up the last hoist and there would no longer be room for the trailer inside. I decided I’d try out a gravel parking area first possibly eventually getting it paved.

Before I could have the gravel put down I needed to add gutters to the building as rain was tearing up the grass let alone what it would do to gravel. I had some back and forth on gutters with multiple companies not willing to stand behind their product when installed on a building with a steel roof. I settled on steel gutters for strength over aluminum and they have been up for nearly two winters without issue.
