About this site

This site is a place to check into projects and hobbies of mine that I think folks may find interesting. This website’s intended audience is friends and family but it is written for anyone interested.

In case you don’t know me, I am a network engineer working for a large ISP. I am married to a wonderful woman who not only tolerates my hobbies but also has two really cool cars in her own right.

While I do have formal training in both auto body and mechanics I have never done so professionally. It has however turned into a very extensive hobby.

I also enjoy tinkering around with computers and networks. For example, I built the computer that hosts this website in 2020 out of parts from my former gaming computer that I had built in 2014. It wasn’t as complicated as I thought..just a standard LAMP stack running WordPress.
